The KCB Advanced Diploma in Business Management consists of subjects that are designed to give students the essential knowledge required in order of importance. The Advanced Diploma stage would be appropriate for someone looking to expand their business or are working for an established larger organisation.

The Advanced Diploma in Business Management is the third stage in the KCB professional diploma programme which consists of four, 6-month stages:

  • Stage 1: Certificate in Business Management (6 months)
  • Stage 2: Diploma in Business Management (6 months)
  • Stage 3: Advanced Diploma in Business Management (6 months)
  • Stage 4: Higher Diploma in Business Management (6 months)

Upon completion of the Advanced Diploma in Business Management Course students may proceed to:

  • The Higher Diploma in Business Management

The course consists of four modules:

  • Business Law
  • Marketing
  • Quantitative Studies
  • Management Accounting

Assessment is in the form of a combination of exams and written assignments
